How Wave Service works

  • Step 1: tenant scans the QR code at the location and sends a service request

    To report an issue, tenant creates a request in the application, optionally attaches a photo of the issue.

  • Step 2: service worker resolves the request

    All requests are immediately forwarded to a service worker. A request is accepted in a single click.

  • Step 3: tenant rates the quality of works

    Administrator monitors the process and the quality of works. You always get customer feedback and keep track of staff performance.

  • Step 4: the manager receives performance reports

    Using a web application, administrator reviews the requests, assigns employees, generates analytical reports in real time.
